Carol Sparks

Carol Sparks began her legal career devoting her time to the areas of business law and estate planning.  In 2006, she had the privilege of representing her parents in the sale of their family business.  Carol is deeply passionate about providing comprehensive protection planning for families and business owners.

Prior to joining Beckemeier LeMoine Law, Carol served families and business in the Metro East as a solo practitioner in Troy, Illinois with a commitment to offer client centered service.  Looking to grow her practice and support the needs of her existing clients and the needs of those within the surrounding Metro East communities, Carol was blessed to develop a strategic relationship with the members of Beckemeier LeMoine Law, whose commitment in service is intentional, relational and client focused.

Carol will continue to advise small business entrepreneurs throughout all areas of their business life cycle from formation to future succession.  In addition, Carol will continue to work with individuals and families seeking to create a legacy for their families through the transfer of gifts throughout their lives and in the years beyond and those responsible for the administration of the legacy.
